We created this 16′ tall LED IBEW Noma Light Illuminated Parade Balloon. This custom helium parade balloon features 2 sided digital logos, hand painted details, and our incredible Next Generation LED lighting system. This LED system creates a brilliant glare free glow, and allows the balloon to be used at day or night events. This full custom shape is modeled after the traditional Noma bulb and is a smaller scale unit, which makes it easier to handle and more cost-effective to use.
