Inflatables are one of the most versatile advertising mediums available. They are extremely customizable and can be constructed of various materials in many different sizes, styles, colors, and shapes. All of this versatility allows our expert team to create an inflatable that perfectly suits your needs. It also means pricing is specific to each unique project. In order to provide an accurate quote in a timely manner, our team will need as much detail as possible to provide you with more information.

Submit Your Concept

The first step in creating a custom inflatable is the submission of your idea to our team. Please provide renderings, pictures, or drawings. These images should be as detailed as possible since all details are meaningful to our team and help us to better assist you. Only a single view is needed for a quote, but front, back, left, right and top views are needed to produce.
What is your use?

How will your inflatable be used and what is its purpose? Will it be primarily used indoors, outdoors, or a mixture of both? What type of installation will you be doing? Floating with helium, hanging, mounted, a combination of these or a specialized use?
What are your colors?

The products we make can be constructed using stock fabric colors, custom colors or full digital color matches. Different inflatable types will have different stock material colors available. Our team can inform you of what colors are available based on your project specifics.
Logos and artwork

Whether we are hand painting, airbrushing or digital printing, logos and artwork are a major cost and cost variable. Especially when we are making more traditional shapes like spheres, cubes, blimps, etc., the logos or artwork are often the largest single cost and cost variable. Please send an artwork or logo example for a more accurate estimation.
Timeline

One of the most important aspects of any project is timeline. Building times can vary by product type and are also impacted by our current production schedule and seasonality. Please provide our team with your estimated project timing needs when reaching out.

Next Generation Inflatables is a full custom inflatable designer and creator. Every product we provide is made to order, even if they are stock colors, shapes and sizes. In order for our team to create a quote or further assist you, we need as much detail as possible regarding your concept and project specifics. Our process takes inflatables of all shapes and sizes from an idea, to larger than life inflatable in a matter of weeks. Even if you are looking for a simple stock shape, the granular details of your project are important to further advise and better assist. Front, back, left, right and top views are required for us to actually engineer and produce your concept.

Logo prints

Next Generation Inflatables uses the most advanced 3D print studio in the industry. We can perfectly reproduce anything from the most simple text based logos to highly complex photorealistic artwork. If needed, we can even fully digital print an entire inflatable to color match a custom balloon color. In order to print your artwork, it must be submitted to our team as a vector artwork file (.ai or .eps). These files must be properly vectorized and not simply a raster file that was saved as a .ai or .eps format. This allows your files to be exponentially blown up, skewed and curved without any pixilation or blurring.

Fine details

In addition to digital printing, our highly skilled team uses 3D inflatable details, airbrushing and hand painted artwork to bring your concept to life. In order to build a project, you must provide concept views from the front, back, left, right and top. Our team will do our best to include and bring to life the most granular details from your concept submission, so please be as detailed as possible.
