We have long been using giant inflatable balloons as rentals, but this was our first venture into purchasing our very own. Andy at Next Generation has been beyond amazing and I am a tough guy to please. As this is our first balloon (to own) I had lots of small and no doubt silly questions, however Andy has gone above and beyond to help and I actually could not ask for any more! It has been superb service and I would recommend Next Generation to all who will listen. Superb product, superb prices and even better service. Seriously people, what more could you want!!
